“Self love colors everything in your life”.. yes this is not just a phrase but reality . Self love is a belief that you are a worthy person . Its something more than acceptance because accepting something does not mean you completely love that thing instead self love is venturing within yourself and finding a sense of comfort or relaxation .
Today most of us are not happy with own ourselves like we can not spend 10 minutes alone with ourselves without any gadgets !!
Its because we have started neglecting ourselves , stop paying attention towards ourselves because for us outer world is more important .
‘Believe in yourself ‘-we all have heard this phrase a lot by many people, but it is not just a phrase but something more deep and intense and one will understand its intensity when he /she come across something that challenges his /her inner soul.
When someone says to you ‘its difficult’ or ‘ you won’t be able to do it ‘, he /she is showing his /her limitations as they never thought that high .Its important to know your worth and to believe the fact that you are amazing the way you are… IT IS IMPORTANT TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Sometimes we tend to feel insecure and afraid meeting new people or saying something in pubic …we feel we are ugly , boring , insecure because of skin color ,overweight etc and as a result we face social anxiety.
No matter what people say to you , no matter how they make you feel for your physical beauty..just believe that you would have some amazing thing in yourself that will attract the right people ,that will make you different from others. We are all capable of doing amazing things.. I believe that everyone is good at something or the other and its not necessary that we should follow the traffic .Each one of us has some unique qualities that will make us distinct from the rest of the public like amazing voice , cooking skills ,dance skills or communicative skills or a good heart etc.
“You should know you’re beautiful just the way you are, And you don’t have to change a thing, the world could change its heart” I am sure most of you must have heard these lines before .. these are not just lyrics but have a deep meaning inside ..
